Water is higher and muddy. Tried for Warmouth, still didn't catch any. I did manage to get my first Channel Catfish of the year on fly, Species #42 for 2024. Lost a really WIDE-bodied gar when it jumped and threw the fly. Had 3 Spotted Gar on, each time I had the net ready to land them, one was even briefly in the net...but I didn't officially land any of them.
Ended with about 5 Shortnose Gar, 3 Eyetail Bowfin, 1 Channel Catfish, and 1 Black Crappie.
