Well... There's some bad news. My new job in Joplin was bothering my knees enough I went back to my old job in Des Moines. I'm not happy about it, and there were other things involving real estate markets and rental properties and so forth wrapped up with this and now I'm back to square one - really disappointed.
It was crowded at Roaring River SP and fairly developed with private resorts and campgrounds around the park, so yeah probably best avoided during peak times.
Chad in Florida now! wow - He's probably too busy catching those bonefish and redfish... mako sharks, who knows!
I still have a painting based on a post you made on the old website. we were trying to raise money for a TU project or something, but by the time I finished a few pieces the situation had changed or moved on to something else. If you're still interested, send a mailing address to amdiment@msn.com and I will ship it to you, no charge. You'd be doing me a favor, I need to pare down the amount of stuff that travels with me when I move.
