First Week of November, 2016
The weather in central Iowa has been unseasonably warm. Excellent fishing conditions for this late in the year!
Largemouth Bass have been hitting poppers, shallow/suspending baitfish, and unweighted black nymph/leech patterns.

ReplyDeleteHa HA! Well...things have changed since this post. It has cooled by about 25 degrees. I'm sure the fish are still hitting....they hit year-round, even under the ice...but the shorter days and colder & windier weather has certainly put a damper on my effort to try and catch these fish. :)
